It is a little ironic that during this time of lockdown due to Covid-19 we appear in a travel blog.
It's well worth checking out the many travel destinations that Elyse has posted in her blog, and of course her reflections on the work of IGWR-Nepal.

And for those of us involved with the children supported by IGWR-Nepal, we have had our eyes opened in a valuable and empowering manner.
The idea that IGWR-Nepal is featured in a travel blog perhaps reflects the sense of adventure and discovery that we encounter when we seek to do something beyond the ordinary, when we seek to make a difference in the world.
And during this time of no-travel we might reflect on the inner journey, that lifetime travel plan that sometimes seems stuck in a rut and at other times seems to take us into unknown places.
Reading through some of the Blog entries in 'A World To Live' it is a delight to feel the energy that Elyse discovers in different places; and a reminder to look for that same energy in the everyday.
I'm sure many of us are looking forward to making travel plans once we've got over the Covid-19 pandemic; I wonder if we'll be looking for different places with different eyes than those we considered before.
Certainly we have been given an opportunity to pause and think of what's important in life, and to realise that it is in helping one another that we contribute to the wellbeing of all.
